Wade was busy during the week of the CMA Musical Festival in Nashville. Tuesday night saw him at the Limelight along with other artists who were members of the Nashville Navy, Storme Warren's group members that have cruised and/or played a beach party for him and Travelin' Inc. An estimated 600 filled the venue. Wade's contribution was very well received. Friday was double duty day. The Wade Hayes Friends' Fest breakfast was held at The Copper Kettle for the third consecutive year. They treat us very well. A sold-out house enjoyed Wade's acoustic performance and the meet and greet that followed. In the afternoon, Wade went to the convention center to perform in the WSM/Durango Acoustic room. A standard room only crowd gave him a hearty reception.
